MindRoom: Who is it for?

Considering its non-therapeutic applications, MindRoom training can be practiced by anyone who wishes to improve their own sense of wellbeing. After a basic evaluation, the person starts a training program that optimizes health and promotes self-awareness and self-control over mind and body. MindRoom also offers consultancy services, training and Workshops.

For the individual:

MindRoom can be successfully applied to sports as it positively influences the athlete's control over mind and body. Using both psychological and physiological training to increase concentration, the athlete eventually learns to be in the most efficient state of mind, increasing performance. In turn, any benefits for athletes also extends to their sports teams.
